Courtney Blount-Mannix
Director of Catering Sales
Courtney Blount-Mannix is the Director of Catering Sales at Beachcomber Beach Resort. She is a true Floridian having grown up in Brandon, Florida. Courtney has worked at many iconic resorts in the state and personally planned hundreds of Weddings and Events on St Pete Beach over the past 13 years. Courtney loves running, lounging by the pool and spending time with her husband, Josh, and their three dogs, Charlotte, Oscar and Penelope.
Christian Salazar
Director of Sales and Marketing
Christian is the Director of Sales and Marketing at Bellwether Beach Resort and has over 22 years of experience in the Hospitality industry. Christian was born in New York City and raised in Argentina (South America) with his “identical twin” Demian. Christian married his soulmate Andrea and returned to the United States where he has raised his two children Matias and Olivia, let’s not forget about his furry child Chloe as well. He has been a resident of Tampa Bay Florida for over 23 years. On his free time, Christian enjoys playing soccer, fishing, and grilling with his friends and family.
Heidi Huntington
Senior Event & Catering Sales Manager
For over two decades, Heidi has honed her skills creating iconic experiences to accommodate the diversity of her clients. Her specialties include corporate event planning for meetings, retreats, incentive and awards trips, product launches, holiday galas, fundraisers, charity events for non-profit organizations, and events for our Military.
In her free time, Heidi enjoys spending time with her family doing anything outdoors, adventurous, and fun.
Courtney Gathers
Catering Service Manager
With a true love, and passion, for the hospitality industry, Courtney is joining the Bellwether Team from Atlanta, GA. With experience managing for companies including City Winery, the Atlanta Hawks and an array of hotel brands, she displays a wealth of knowledge as it relates to the worlds of food and beverage, and event management. Courtney is determined to make a global environmental impact and geeks out on sharing ways to protect our planet while planning amazingly memorable events. The only two things that she loves more than planning events, are listening to old school R&B and jazz music, and spoiling her adorable nephew.
Charles Loscocco
Group & Catering Sales Manager
Charles grew up in a military family and had the pleasure of living in different areas of the country while growing up. He made the move to the Suncoast just over 11 years ago and has never looked back! Charles is deeply involved in the hospitality industry with over two decades of experience, eight years of which have been at Beachcomber's sister property in St. Pete Beach. He is passionate about creating unforgettable experiences at our properties and he is eager to lend his knowledge to your event planning and corporate needs!
